Tents and outdoor gear usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. E-bikes take a little longer, typically 7 to 14 business days depending on handling and terrain. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Sometimes the wild throws curveballs like customs delays or weather surprises. If that happens, no stress. We will help guide your gear back to you.
Absolutely. As long as your item is unused and in original condition, we will help you gear up with the right one. Head over to our Exchange Policy for the full trail map.
Not every adventure is love at first hike. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The return path is clearly marked on our Return Page.
We do. Once your return is received and passes the gear check, we issue your refund faster than a squirrel grabbing a snack. You can read the details on our Refund Policy.
Yes there is. All e-bikes come with at least a one year manufacturer warranty covering essentials like the motor, battery and frame. Warranties for tents and gear may vary by brand. You can explore the full coverage on our Warranty Info page.
Not yet. WildVoie operates fully online from our Ontario basecamp. This helps us keep prices fair and gear flowing fast. One day, a flagship outpost might just appear in the wild.

Absolutely. While we do not have service centers, we are your trail guide after checkout. Whether it is setup help, warranty support or gear questions, just reach out. We have your back from doorstep to campsite.
