Warranty and Guarantee

The warranty period for E-bikes is as follows.

If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. 

After the warranty period, the customer has to pay for the replacement parts and shipping fees. The e-bikes we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve problems with accessories, the accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA, they are not covered by warranty.

Please note: Second-hand E-bikes and modified E-bikes are not covered by warranty.

HAOQI limited 2-Years Warranty and Policy on replacement procedures & responsibilities

All HAOQI electric bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

Warranty period and target audience terms

The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the initial purchaser and the 2-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it. As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:

  • The 2-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.
  • You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

COVERED PRODUCTS

HAOQI will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

1. Frame

HAOQI electric bike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years. This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized HAOQI.

HAOQI reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of HAOQI.

Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Corrosion
  • Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
  • Impact damage
  • Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
  • Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

2. Batteries

HAOQI batteries are covered by a 2 year prorated warranty.

During 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.

After the first 2 years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 2-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

No cash reimbursement will be made. Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by HAOQI only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

          a. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;


          b. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by:

  • HAOQI Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
  • Ordinary wear and tear;
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by HAOQI with the Products;
  • Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
  • Products used or purchased outside the United States

In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:

  • Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
  • Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
  • Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering
NOTE

Starting from 2023, customers who purchase any HAOQI ebike are eligible for a complimentary battery replacement service for a period of three years.

3. Parts & Components

Original HAOQI parts & components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty (When all the spare parts for the warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc);
  • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
  • The Warranty of the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware only week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged to the customer. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
  • Ordinary wear and tear is not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by HAOQI. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
    • Brake Pads
    • Rotors
    • Spokes
    • Tires/Tubes
    • Chains
    • Chain Rings
    • Cassettes
    • Crankset

CLAIMS PROCESS

1. Warranty Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through HAOQI and submitted to sales@wildvoie.ca. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact sales@wildvoie.ca as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through HAOQI within 2 years of initial purchase.

HAOQI will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

2. Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact sales@wildvoie.ca and provide us with photo or video proof.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

BEECOOL LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

All BeeCool bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects (All Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 2-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it. This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of a BeeCool bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

COVERED PRODUCTS

BeeCool will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (without including damages caused during shipping) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

Main parts (including motor/controller/tires)

BeeCool ebike main parts are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.

This warranty includes a replacement only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement main parts are not included. Changeover labor must be performed and authorized by BeeCool.

BeeCool reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a main part under this warranty. However, within 7 days, the replacing parts will be shipped in a new condition. Main parts styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of BeeCool. 

Main parts issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Corrosion
  • Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
  • Impact damage
  • Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
  • Mounts to the frame if applicable
  • Man-made damage

Batteries

BeeCool batteries are covered by a 2 year prorated warranty.

During 2 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost within 7 days to the customer and after 7 days, the shipping fee for the battery will be assumed by the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.

After the 2 year of service – Batteries newly-purchased will have a 1-year warranty based on the purchase date.

Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by BeeCool only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
  • Defects or damage caused by private modification;
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by BeeCool;
  • Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
  • Ordinary wear and tear;
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by BeeCool with the Products;
  • Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;

In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:

  • Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
  • Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
  • Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;

  • Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by BeeCool. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to: Brake Pads/ Rotors/ spokes/ Tires/Tubes/ Chains/ Chain Rings/ Crankset
  • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
  • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
  • frame, fork, handlebar, rear rack, fenders, front and rear suspensions, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness and quick release, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
  • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
  • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by BeeCool.
  • Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by BeeCool with the Products.
  • Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

Replacing Parts

All the newly purchased replacing parts will enjoy a 1-year warranty.

AFTER SALE PROCESS

Warranty Delivery Areas:

Warranted parts are shipped within the continental United States and Canada only. If you buy that e-bike and then ship it to another country. Then we will only ship its parts to the original country of delivery.

VITILAN will replace all parts deemed defective or damaged (including damage during shipping) free of charge unless the damage is caused by customer misuse. Listed products covered by the warranty must comply with the following terms:

  • Due to accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunts, racing or other activities not in line with the intended use of the product, etc.), improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, moisture, sand, dirt, electrical or abnormal physical collision.
  • Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modification, or damage caused by incorrect installation.
  • Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage caused by human factors, unless caused by VITILAN
  • Products with frame numbers, barcodes, and serial numbers removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible
  • Parts that are prone to wear, such as:

3. Chain
4. Chainring
5. Cables and shells, etc.
6. Seats
7. Crankset
8. Pedals
  • Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or peripherals not provided or approved by VITILAN for the product
  • Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, repair or adjustment of the product.
  • Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, tornado, theft, vandalism, improper use of any power source, etc.
Battery
The battery of the VITILAN e-bike comes with18-month warranty.

Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge by the customer. No cash compensation will be made. Warranty dates are based on the original purchase date.

Only the VITILAN customer service team can directly evaluate batteries and find defective batteries.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Use an unsuitable or unsuitable charger to charge the battery
  • Improper use of battery charger
  • Any seals on the battery are damaged or show signs of tampering
  • Use of batteries for equipment other than designated electric bicycles
  • The battery power is reduced due to long-term use, battery aging or suddenly cold weather.

Can I refit an electric bike?

Every VITILAN electric bike is strictly tested (programmed) before leaving the factory, and we guarantee it is a high-quality product. We do not recommend that you make major modifications. The warranty does not cover improper or negligent use.
Warranty Process
  • Please contact our customer service team at sales@wildvoie.ca.
  • Provide clear pictures, videos or other detailed information about the parts in question.
  • If there is no defective or damaged component caused by wrong use by the user, we will issue the corresponding component replacement. And please contact us as soon as the goods arrive, we will assist you to replace any defective parts.
  • Note that the customer is responsible for the labor cost of installing the warranty components for warranty issues.
Disclaimer
You are responsible for your actions when using a VITILAN e-bike. Traveling safely is everyone's responsibility. VITILAN is not responsible for any accident or injury (whether caused by you or others) that may occur during your use. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITILAN'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. IN NO EVENT WILL VITILAN BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. VITILAN reserves the right to make changes to products and designs without any obligation to incorporate such changes into finished products or products in the hands of consumers.

Credit Card Chargeback
In the event of a credit card chargeback of any amount on an order for any reason, and the customer still owns the product in said order, the warranty will be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.

Service Philosophy
We serve our customers with respect, kindness, patience, and friendliness. Our VITILAN customer service team always puts the customer first. It is vital that customers feed this information back to our customer service team. We know that when you call/email our customer service team, it's usually because there may be a problem or there is a problem (the worst!). We also understand that these underlying issues often lead to frustration and even anger. However, we will not tolerate the use of rude/vulgar language toward our employees. If this occurs, we will issue a warning, after which we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, issue refunds, void warranties or cancel orders in our sole discretion. If this decision is made, it is final and cannot be reversed.

This Warranty Policy is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Electric bicycles are purchased directly from VITILAN's official website, VITILAN's online store or one of VITILAN's authorized dealers.
  • The electric bicycle is the original owner and the first owner
  • Electric bicycles meet all intended purposes of use
  • The electronic equipment has not been repaired or altered
  • If any component is damaged due to the wrong installation of components by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and transportation.
  • The rider and purchaser must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity and authority to purchase and ride electric bicycles.

Warranty Period And Target Audience Terms

We provide 1 year warranty for Victrip ebikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.The warranty is registered automatically when the Original purchaser places their order in the online shop. Therefore, the warranty is ONLY under the Original purchaser and the 1-year warranty begins when the initial owner has received the product.

Note:

1.“Original Purchaser” means buying electric bikes directly from the Victrip ebike official website. “Subsequent Owner” means the second or later owner of the e-bike.


2.If it is necessary to replace the bike parts, accessories or even change the bike, we may charge a certain amount of money as the shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team for help.

Parts covered by the warranty: frame, forks, stem, handlebars, headset, seat post, brakes (excluding brake pads), lights, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display (excluding damage due to water). The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear, or water damage (including rust).

Accessories sold on victripebike.com are not covered under warranty.

Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.

We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to Victrip ebikes within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products including bikes and accessories.

Note that your insurance policies may not provide coverage for accidents involving Victrip ebikes. To determine if coverage is provided, you should contact your insurance company or agent. Damage as a result of an accident is not covered under this warranty, and Victrip ebikes is not responsible for repair or replacement of damaged bikes or parts.

Replacement Procedure:
For warranty services, please contact Victrip ebikes online support by email at sales@wildvoie.ca with the following information:

  • Purchase Site
  • Order Number
  • Serial Number of the bike/scooter
  • Photos/videos and a short description of the problem
Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making enquiries on this warranty.

Replacement parts will not be sent until photographic evidence has been provided to Victrip ebikes. Victrip ebikes may request additional documentation (such as video) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing the warranty claim.

Most warranty parts are fulfilled 1-5 business days after the request is put into our system by a customer service representative. Warranty parts are sent using USPS, FedEx, or YunExpress depending on the size of the part.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Victrip ebikes;

3. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;

4. Ordinary wear and tear;

5. Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Victrip with the Products;

6. Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;

7. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source;

8. In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage;

9.2 Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;

9.3 Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;

9.4 Where the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified;

9.5 The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend that you use a battery of other brands on Victrip ebikes. Although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, and there may be incompatibilities leading to damage to our motors and displays.

Parts & Components

Original Victrip parts & components are covered by a 1 year limited warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Victrip. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

    1.1 Brake Pads
    1.2 Rotors
    1.3 Spokes
    1.4 Tires/Tubes
    1.5 Chains
    1.6 Chain Rings
    1.7 Cassettes
    1.8 Crankset
    1.9 Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).

    1.11 Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within 14 days after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after 14 days need to be charged.

  • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
  • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  • Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by Victrip.
  • Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Victrip.
  • Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.

Bike Performance Disclaimer

The bikes listed range and top speed are estimates (not guarantees) of expected performance. Performance will vary with rider weight, cargo weight, rider /cargo shape (both contribute to drag), terrain, tire pressure, brake adjustment, throttle vs PAS usage, pedal power, battery charge level, ambient temperature and wind conditions. Under certain conditions it is possible to get ranges and top speeds that are different from the listed estimates.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a credit card chargeback is requested on an order, and the customer is still in possession of the product or products within the order, the chargeback, refund, or credit will not be processed until the product has been returned to us. If we determine the customer will retain the product, the warranty may be suspended indefinitely based on the sole discretion of Victrip ebikes. In most cases, once the chargeback is resolved the warranty will resume from the original date of shipping as outlined in the warranty without any extension for the time the warranty was suspended.

Liability Disclaimer

Riding any kind of bicycle comes with inherent risks and dangers that cannot be predicted or avoided. These dangers could result in a serious accident, injury, or death of the rider. It is the sole responsibility of the rider to become properly educated and prepared to ride safely. Once in possession of the bike, Victrip ebikes strongly encourages and recommends that all customers have a certified and reputable bicycle mechanic complete a full inspection of each component on the bicycle to ensure it is safe for operation. Victrip ebikes makes no claims or guarantees that the brakes, battery, frame, motor, motor controller, display, electrical cables, electrical cable housings, fasteners, grips, fork, stem, shifters, headset, seat post, seat post clamp, handlebar stem clamp, saddle, wheel hubs, handlebars, spokes, rims, tires, tubes, derailleur, freewheel, cassette, throttle, kickstand, lights, reflectors, hardware, bottom bracket, or any other part or accessory, will be properly secured and adjusted upon arrival. Before every ride fully inspect your bicycle to ensure everything is secured and adjusted properly.

Under no circumstances is Victrip ebikes responsible for any damage resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.

Notice: E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.

What if my bike was stolen?

Unfortunately, we are sorry that the stolen bike is not covered by the warranty. We recommend investing in a quality lock to protect your bike when you're not riding.

There're some advice to help avoid possible theft as following steps:

  • Make a record of the bicycle's serial number, generally located on the frame underneath the bottom bracket or on the head tube.
  • Register the bicycle with the local police.

We provide complete warranty service, you can choose us to repair or get free parts to repair at home according to the situation.

Free Repairs

We provide LIFETIME Repairs EXCLUDE fabric and materials natural aging or decomposition. If you experience any trouble with your gear, please let us know where the problem is, please write a note attaching to your gear. Please note you need to undertake the International Economy shipping fee.

When sending in gear for repair, please make sure it is free from pet hair, grass, and debris, dirt, etc or they may be rejected and returned back to you.

Free Parts For Repair

We offer free LIFETIME repair parts so you can replace damaged parts at home.

We will supply replacement parts (these include no more than 2 tent pole sections, plastic and metal fasteners, repair patches) unconditionally, as long as we have access to your purchase record. You only need to pay postage(5-8usd, according your address).

Some small parts of backpack or tent are easy to be lost or damaged. If they are unable to work, please feel free to contact us and get these parts for free, but you need to know the following:

1. These parts can only be used on 3F UL GEAR products.
2. We provide these parts for free, but you will be asked to charge for shipping, the shipping fee is around 8USD.
3. We only provide services to customers of official website: www.3fulgear.com . According to the agreements between us and the agents, they will also provide similar services.
4. When the distributors refuses, unwilling or unable to serve you, provide us with evidence, and we will serve you instead.
5. These parts may be changed with the update of the product. We will try our best to find the closest one for you.

By purchasing any Emmo Inc products or other brand items sold by Emmo Inc, the customer agrees to the policies and procedures outlined below.

The warranty is extended to the original owner with the original purchase paperwork, and does not cover the purchase of products sold by Emmo Inc that is not an electric bike, electric scooter ebike, electric motorcycle style ebike, or electric mobility scooter. Any defective parts will be covered by EMMO, and the labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the unit was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store.

    Controller: 1 year (up to 6000km)
    Battery & Charger: 6 months

    Warranty Coverage:

    The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

    The Warranty covers the replacement of any defective lithium-ion battery (the "Battery"), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware (each referred to as a "Covered Component").

    Items Not Covered:

    • The warranty does NOT cover such parts, including, but not limited to: seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, tires, tubes, brake pads, brake rotors, cables and housing, grips, chain, and spokes.
    • Normal wear and tear parts NOT covered: Any damage or deterioration of Covered Components due to normal wear and tear is not covered.
    • Damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse is NOT covered by the comprehensive warranty.
    • Damage incurred from water, road salt, and other foreign debris or chemicals is NOT covered by the comprehensive warranty.
    • The labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc.
    • Batteries and chargers have a valid warranty provided they are used and maintained as instructed and not subjected to freezing temperatures.

    Certain conditions that may limit or completely void the warranty of your e-bike are:

    • Altering the ebike from its original design or its intended use, eg: pulling a trailer, as a delivery vehicle or any commercial use.
    • Service or replacement of parts not performed by an authorized Emmo dealer/e-bike technician.

    For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo Inc. is not responsible for any damage resulting from using another brand or voltage of charger.

    Emmo Inc. is not responsible for items modified from its intended use or purpose resulting in damage to the ebike or injury to the customer or third party.

     

    Warranty - Purchased Parts:

    This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the bike's parts. If any issues arise within 90 days of purchase, Emmo will repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge.

    The warranty DOES NOT cover

    • Normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or
    • Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, accident or abuse.
    • Damage incurred from water, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals.

    All covered items must have a valid warranty sticker. For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo is not responsible for any damage resulting in using another brand or voltage of charger or using an Emmo item with items that are not sold by Emmo Inc.

    The labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the part was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. For repairs that are done on items that are not from Emmo Inc, the warranty coverage does not apply.

    Warranty Extension:

    Please consult your Emmo dealer for more details of the extended warranty plan.

    • 1-Year Extended Warranty:The extended warranty plan is an extension to the comprehensive manufacturer warranty. It covers nearly all items covered under the comprehensive manufacturer warranty, except for batteries. It follows the same terms and conditions as the comprehensive manufacturer warranty.

     

    Warranty Claim Procedures:

    A valid proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

    In the event of any defect or malfunction, please contact the authorized Emmo dealer where you purchased the bike or our customer support team immediately. 

    After reviewing the information submitted, Emmo will determine warranty eligibility. In the event Emmo determines a covered component is defective, Emmo will, as your sole and exclusive remedy and in Emmo’s sole discretion: (a)Repair the defective covered component free of charge with new or refurbished parts; or (b) replace the defective covered component with a refurbished one; or (c) replace the defective covered component with a new component.

    Further inspection may be needed before determining the warranty eligibility, or the broken component may need to be repaired by Emmo. In these cases, you are required to bring the part/bike to your Emmo dealer as instructed. If you are not able to bring the bike/part to the location you purchased from, you may be required to ship the item and a copy of your purchase paperwork to Emmo before receiving a replacement item. You are responsible for shipping to Emmo Inc.
